To wash the hair use 360 Optimum Hair Shampoo and follow with 360 Optimum Hair Conditioner. Apply 360 Optimum Hair Follicle Treatment to the scalp (wet or dry) once daily. If you are going to do it, do it properly. I tried the shampoo and conditioner first. Then got the follicle treatment. Then finally ordered the whole package and noticed a much faster improvement. No I wish I had got going with it all at the start. They work, just go for it
